We’ve heard that the humble yabby, Cherax Destructor, prefers a vegetarian diet – so we’ve decided to honour the Murray River’s favourite freshwater crustacean by brewing an international pale ale, a beer with loads of hops. This gives the beer punchy tropical fruit flavours with an assertive bitterness that you can really wrap your claws around!
